At Realphoutstandin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade handicraft purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact page with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving return authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping or is defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Please contact us to discuss exchange options. Exchanges may take longer to process than refunds.
Custom-made or personalized items from Realphoutstandin may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.
